We ship to all states across India. Shipping charge is inclusive of 99 rupees on all orders. Once you place an order from us you'll receive an email confirmation of your tracking details within 2-4 working days. We ship all orders either from Bluedart, Xpressbess or Postal office. Be rest assured, your orders are carefully checked and packed by us. Estimate delivery is 5-10 days in Northeastern area, other cities outside NE states may take between 10-20 days. Kindly read and understand our shipping policy prior to purchase! Your patience is appreciated at such busy times.
Please keep in mind, shipping delays may occur and are not in our control.
We do not offer cancellation and exchange on your order. We ask that you go over the product details carefully before making a purchase.
If a package is rejected by the customer and returned back to us, refund will be issued but shipping and return rate are not included.
Return will be issued only if the product is received damaged supported with package opening video of that damaged product. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for such matter.
Once they are returned back to our warehouse in their original condition, refund will only then be issued. (shipping charge not refundable).
We do not accept returns and don't issue refunds if any products are purchased during offer period!
Customer's that request for refund regarding their orders but more than after 3 days their package was delivered, no refund or service will be granted in such cases.
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that policies are understood before commencing with their purchase.
